I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Food was great. Team approach to service was great. Only minor complaint was it was karaoke night and it was very loud .

Was seated and hadn’t been acknowledged in more than 5 min. Server outside talking to friends And cook on smoke break. Will not be returning.went right over to red crab was seated and ordered taken same time. Better prices too!

I visited Crab Du Jour recently and was disappointed with the service I received. Upon entering, there were two employees at the register, but neither greeted me as a customer, which didn’t set the best tone. After reviewing the menu and deciding on my order, I requested the shrimp with head boil, fries, and a drink.The employee taking my order seemed to struggle with the POS system, and once she finished, she failed to ask me for my preferred flavor or spice level for the boil, even though this is a standard part of the menu. When I tried to clarify and select a spice level, she curtly told me “no” without any explanation, which I found odd and unprofessional.On a previous visit, another employee was kind enough to explain a potential issue with the shrimp. While I appreciated her effort, I felt it was inappropriate for that information to come from her instead of being addressed officially by the restaurant if the issue is ongoing. If there’s a known problem, the item should be temporarily removed from the menu.Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. I hope management addresses these service concerns to improve the dining experience.
